About Order Status
General
All Prices shown on the products page are FOB China. It does not include transportation costs which shall be borne
by customers. When you go to checkout, the website will calculate the shipping cost automatically according to the
total weight of the items in your shopping cart.
Order Status
When you place your order, it will go through a series of steps during fulfillment.
1.On hold: your order is submitted to us but without checkout
2.Processing: your order is under processing
Generally, in-stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. The items out of stock or customized items,
we need to check the lead-time and reply you. After your order shipped, our website will send you an email with
the tracking number.
3.Cancelled: your order is canceled
When the items you ordered are stop-production, we will inform you. With your consent, we will mark your order
“Cancelled” status.
4.Paid partial: the payment you make is less than the total amount
Some times, you may make a mistake about the amount of payment in small probability. We will inform you, and
wait for you to pay the balance.
5.Completed: your order has been fullfilled

Payment Information
General
PayPal, Direct bank transfer are accepted, and Paypal supports Credit Card.
PayPal
Due to the high transaction fee of PayPal, we suggest to choose Direct bank transfer when the total amount is big.
The PayPal option will not be shown on the checkout page if the total amount is larger than 350usd(other currencies
equivalent).  
You can choose Paypal directly during the online checkout(when the total amount ≤350usd). Relating to the balance
transfer and the refund, we also make them via our paypal account.
Direct bank transfer
We have some bank accounts located some countries to receive serval currencies from all over the world.
The bank info will be shown when you choose Direct bank transfer on the checkout page. Our website also will
send an email to you with the bank info after you place order. You can choose a bank account to make the
payment according to your currency and location.
Generally it will take 3-5 business days to clear. Your order status will be changed from On hold to Processing after
your payment reached. 
Third Party Payment
MKTechnic.com support some Third Party Payment tools, such as PayNow, KakaoPay, Webmoney, Pix, Boleto…
You can choose them directly during the online checkout page.
Due to the high transaction fee of Third Party Payment, we suggest to choose Direct bank transfer when the total
amount is big.

General Shipping Info
General
1.All in-stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment cleared.
2.All items will be inspected and hand-packed carefully before dispatching.
3.Actual shipping costs are calculated during checkout. After you add the items to your shopping cart.The shipping
cost of all shipping method will be calculated and shown on the checkout page according to your country.
4.We will ship according to the shipping address you provided, please make sure the shipping address is right.We
don’t take responsible for parcel lost because of wrong address.
Shipping Options
We offer Registered Air Mail, Express, By Air, By Train, By Lorry, By Sea shipping service.
Registered Air Mail(ePacket, China Post or Singapore Post…)
1.Generally we send via ePacket, China Post or Singapore Post if you choose Registered Air Mail. 
2.Registered Air Mail only accept the weight less than 2kg/parcel. If the weight of your order is
larger than 2kg, this shipping option will not be shown on checkout page.
3.To avoid the big loss caused by parcel lost in transit, the Registered Air Mail shipping is not
available for order over $150.
4.Pure battery and battery used products are Restricted.
5.Normally 10 to 25 working days(not guaranteed ) to reach majority of the world.

Express Service(DHL FedEx TNT UPS EMS Aramex)
1. We offer DHL FedEx TNT UPS EMS Aramex SF express service.
2.The Delivery time is nearly 5-14days(not guaranteed).
3.Import duties excluded.
4.If your address belongs to REMOTE AREA, we have right to inform you to charge the remote area fee.
5.For express service, consignee has to help with the customs clearance issue when shipment
reach the destination customs , in case import customs request information or documents.
It’s important to pay the customs duties in time, or the package will be returned. We would request the
customer to take charge of the return fee if it cause by the above reasons.
Global Logistics(By Air, By Train, By Lorry, By Sea)
Global logistics(generally, It is double-clearance, door to door, tax-included) is competitively priced for Heavy
Cartons(more than dozens of kg). When your cartons are heavy, we suggest you to choose these options:
By Air+Delivery
The cartons will be sent to destionation region or country by air, after Custom-Clearance, the cartons will be
delivered to your address via local express(UPS, DPD…).
By Sea+Delivery
The cartons will be sent to destionation region or country by sea, after Custom-Clearance, the cartons will
be delivered to your address via local express(UPS, DPD…).
By Train+Delivery
The cartons will be sent to destionation region or country by train, after Custom-Clearance, the cartons will
be delivered to your address via local express(UPS, DPD…).
By Lorry+Delivery
The cartons will be sent to destionation region or country by lorry, after Custom-Clearance, the cartons will
be delivered to your address via local express(UPS, DPD…).

Warranty&Returns
We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product.
In case you are not satisfied with a product you bought, for whatever reason, it is possible to exchange or return it
for refund.
Please contact us within 7 days from the date you receive the items, and the items must be return within 20days from
the date you report the problem. All returns must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged,
scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise ‘played with’ product will not be accepted.
The product must then be returned in its original packaging with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return.
The note will help us to serve you better and improve our products.
Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the abovementioned conditions.
You should pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a
result of a shipping error on our part.
Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident,
modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes,and is not
limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not hold responsible for any extra
charges once the original package has been shipped.
Custom
We will do the Custom-Clearance of our side. When parcel reach your country, you should help the courier to clear the
Custom if the courier request(some couriers no need your help).
Duties and Taxes
Duties and Taxes are quite different in each country. It depends on many factors(country, declared value, shipping couriers).
Please write comment while you are placing order about your requirements, we will support as much as possible.
If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost
of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
